Welcome to 1x bit. Everything on this page constitutes the core rules governing use of our platform. By opening or continuing to use a 1x bit account, you are considered to have read and agreed to all of these terms. We strongly recommend reading through them in full before registering.
These terms and conditions have been written in plain language with Bangladesh users in mind. If anything is unclear, please contact our Help Centre Contact us — we're always ready to help you in Bengali.
Important: These terms apply to all 1x bit services — including the website, mobile app, and access from any device. Users under 18 are strictly prohibited from using this platform.
1x bit believes in transparency. That's why our rules are written in plain language, with nothing hidden. If any term seems unfair to you, please speak with us before creating an account.
Section 2
Account Registration & Usage
Opening an account on 1x bit is completely free and takes just a few minutes. However, certain rules must be followed at the time of registration.
- Each individual may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found, all associated accounts will be suspended.
- The name, address, and mobile number you provide at registration must be accurate and belong to you.
- Keep your account password secure and do not share it with anyone. You are solely responsible for all activity on your account.
- You must be at least 18 years old to register. Providing false information about your age will result in permanent account closure.
- To update your account details, please contact our Help Center — self-editing options are limited.
- Accounts may not be sold, rented, or transferred to another person.
Warning: Attempts to create multiple accounts from the same device or IP address are automatically detected by 1x bit's system. In such cases, accounts may be closed without prior notice.
Section 3
Betting Rules
1x bit offers betting on cricket, football, tennis, kabaddi, e-sports, and more than 35 other sports. Key betting rules are outlined below.
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — this applies to both live and pre-match bets.
- If a match is cancelled or left incomplete, all bets placed on that match will be refunded.
- If odds are displayed incorrectly due to a system error, 1x bit reserves the right to void the affected bet.
- If one leg of an accumulator bet is voided, that leg's odds will be set to 1.00 and the rest of the bet will continue as normal.
- The cash-out feature is not always available — it may be disabled for certain matches or under specific circumstances.
- Maximum bet limits vary by sport and market. Please check the limits before placing large bets.

Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
Deposits and withdrawals on 1x bit are fully secure and can be made through Bangladesh's most popular mobile banking services. All payment-related rules are clearly outlined below.
- Minimum deposit ৳500 and minimum withdrawal ৳500.
- Withdrawals must be made to the same mobile number or account used for the deposit — transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted.
- If KYC verification is incomplete, withdrawals of ৳20,000 or more may be subject to delays.
- Withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Bank holidays or technical issues may result in longer processing times.
- If fraudulent activity is suspected, 1x bit reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals and conduct additional verification.
- Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated after meeting the wagering requirement are eligible for withdrawal.

Bonus & Promotion Terms
1x bit regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, so please read them carefully before claiming any offer.
- Welcome Bonus: A 150% bonus is available on your first deposit. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to qualify.
- Wagering Requirement: Bonuses are generally transferred to your main balance after wagering 10 to 20 times the bonus amount. Each bonus has its own individual wagering requirement.
- Duration: Every bonus has a set expiry date. Once the period ends, the bonus will be automatically removed.
- Exclusive Offer: Only one bonus may be active at a time.
- Bonus Abuse: Any breach of bonus terms or evidence of misuse will result in the full bonus being forfeited.
- 1x bit reserves the right to amend the terms of any promotion — any such changes will be announced on the website in advance.
Important: If a user is found attempting to fraudulently profit solely through bonus funds, the account will be permanently closed and the balance may be forfeited.

Security & KYC Verification
1x bit follows international KYC (Know Your Customer) standards to protect its users — helping prevent money laundering and fraud.
- A copy of your National ID (NID) or passport may be required for large withdrawals or account verification.
- A mobile banking statement may be requested to verify your payment method.
- If suspicious activity is detected, the account will be temporarily suspended pending investigation.
- Failure to submit KYC documents may put large withdrawal amounts on hold.
- Your personal information is kept secure in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Section 7
Prohibited Activities
Certain actions are strictly prohibited on 1x bit. Any such violation will result in permanent account closure, and your balance may be forfeited.
- Involvement in match-fixing or any form of sporting corruption, or placing bets on a match knowing it has been fixed.
- Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
- Using another person's account or allowing someone else to use your account.
- Using bots or automated software to place bets.
- Attempting to access or hack into the 1x bit system.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other form of illegal financial activity.
- Helping anyone under 18 gain access to the platform.
Consequence: If any of the above violations are proven, the account will be permanently closed, all balances will be forfeited, and legal action may be taken if necessary. 1x bit maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward such activities.
Section 8
Responsible Gaming
1x bit believes betting should be a source of entertainment, not a burden. That's why we place a strong emphasis on responsible gaming.
- Deposit Limit: You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
- Break Facility: You can set your account on a self-imposed break for anywhere between 24 hours and 6 months.
- Self-Exclusion: You may request a permanent account closure at any time.
- If you notice signs of problem gambling, seek help immediately. Talk to your family and friends.

All content on the 1x bit website and app — including logos, designs, text, images, and code — is the exclusive property of 1x bit. Copying, republishing, or using any of it for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
- Creating fake sites or pages using the 1x bit name or logo is strictly prohibited.
- Prior written permission is required to publish our odds or content on any third-party site.
- Users may access their own account information (transactions, etc.) for personal use.

Right to Amend Rules
1x bit reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. For significant changes, advance notice will be provided on the website and via registered email or mobile.
- Continued use of the platform following any changes will be taken as your acceptance of the updated terms.
- The date of any rule update will always be reflected at the top of this page.
- If you object to any changes, you may request to close your account.
